Little Raiders Childcare Center
Little Raiders Childcare Center is bridging the gap between childcare and elementary education. The School District of Arcadia took on the responsibility of providing the community with a childcare option that was previously not available. This center is a newly remodeled and updated facility that is located in a wing of the Arcadia Elementary School. This center will encourage young children to participate in a comfortable, fun environment that is preparing them with the foundational skills needed to transition to elementary education one day. Supreme Graphics Announced as “Best of” Award Winner in the 2020 Graphics Excellence Awards
Pewaukee, WI — The Great Lakes Graphics Association (GLGA) has announced that Supreme Graphics of Arcadia WI is an award winner in the 2020 Graphics Excellence Awards competition. The judging was conducted on March 10-11, 2020, by a team of independent judges. The GEA competition is one of the largest printing competitions in the nation. Supreme Graphics won (1) Best of Division (4) Awards of Excellence and (8) Certificate of Merit awards. The awards were given in the categories of specialty coatings, booklets, calendars, product catalogs, newsletters, brochures, annual reports, and folders. A panel of out-of-state judges with extensive experience in printing and print production was brought in to examine the work. The judging criteria included registration, crossovers, clarity and neatness, sharpness of halftones and line drawings, richness and tonal qualities of color, paper and ink selection, ink coverage, difficulty of printing, effective contrast or softness, finishing, bindery and overall visual impact.
