Serenity House is an exquisitely restored 1880's farmhouse on 20 acres just outside of Arcadia, Wisconsin.  Antique furniture and high-end updates provide a perfect mix of old and new. 

Three Bedrooms - sleeps six; one queen room, one with two twin beds and one with a double bed

Two Full Baths - One with a Jacuzzi tub and one with a claw-foot tub

Kitchen - Well furnished with range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, place settings for six, basic cookware and utensils.

Living Area - Three walls of windows overlooking the pond and surrounding bluffs in this large TV, VCR/DVD, Stereo and Information Center

Laundry Facilities - Front Load Washer and Dryer

Outdoors - Wrap-around Front Porch and Deck overlooking the pond, gas grill, picnic table, large yard. 

Linens and Towels - Both are provided

No Smoking in the House

Children:  No children under 10 years of age (except infants too young to crawl or walk).  There is a deep pond near the house that is a hazard to young children.

Pets:  Please ask in advance.  We will usually allow small pets (under 30 pounds) as long as there owners are well-behaved!

Housekeeping:  We will have the house in order for your arrival but do not provide daily housekeeping.

Checkout Time:  Noon is checkout time.  If you would like a later checkout, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Prior to two weeks before arrival:  Full Refund

Less than two weeks before arrival:  No Refund of deposit, but the amount can be applied to your next stay.  We will send you a certificate towards your next stay.

Less than three days before arrival:  No refund and deposit can not be applied to future reservations
