In conjunction with Arcadia's Broiler Dairy Days Celebration,
the Arcadia Area Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring their fifth annual bike tour. 
Complete the registration form below to sign up for the ride.
Checks must be received by  May 25, 2007 to qualify for the Early Bird Special.

Registration Fees:  (Includes after-ride meal, sag wagon,  rest stops,  refreshments and Arcadia's very own "goodie bag"!

Early Bird Individual**

Early Bird Family** $25.00
Individual (Day of Event) $20.00
Family (Day of Event) $35.00

Family Fees are for 2 or more riders from one family.

Two T-Shirts per family registration (Extra T-Shirts are $10.00 Each)

Parents will be asked to sign a consent form for their child under 18 years of age.

I realize bicycling is a potentially hazardous activity.  I assume all risks associated with the Arcadia Memorial Ride 2007, and
waive all claims for injuries or damages of any kind suffered by me while participating in, or traveling to or from this event and I
agree to obey all traffic laws.  I also give permission to this organization to use any photos taken during this event to be used in future promotions.
