In conjunction with Arcadia's Broiler Dairy Days Celebration,
the Arcadia Area Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring their second annual bike tour. 
Complete the registration form below to sign up for the ride.
Checks must be postmarked by May 19, 2004 to qualify for the Early Bird Special.

Registration Fees:  (Includes after-ride meal, sag wagon,  rest stops,  refreshments and Arcadia's very own "goodie bag"!

I realize bicycling is a potentially hazardous activity.  I assume all risks associated with the Arcadia Memorial Ride 2004, and
waive all claims for injuries or damages of any kind suffered by me while participating in, or traveling to or from this event and I
agree to obey all traffic laws.  I also give permission to this organization to use any photos taken during this event to be used in future promotions.
